DEViL KiTTY

 yes

 I listened to DEViL KiTTY all day today

 which is easy to do because they released SO MUCH SHIT

 and quite a bit of it brought an unexpected amount of harsh (more than Chateau La Tour ever did)

  I just remember being impressed by them having more tempo changes than Kagerou did back in the day, even if that kid couldn’t sing all that well (like I care about that) and yet would always have these whiny j-pop parts that was just plain funny. 

 That band was ridiculously fun.

android-eighteen: I’m sitting here, wondering why this has so many notes? Can someone explain this to me? Is it because the word “schizophrenia” sounds cool to you?  Is it because 7,000+ people are suffering from schizophrenia?  Is it because it has an eery feeling to it with the dark and blotchy background?  Is it from a movie?  A TV show?  i’m on one of those j-rock mp3 sites, and i see some band called “nocturnal bloodlust”

 and i’m like “whoa… .you named your vis kei band that?”

 then i notice the tag says “j-metal”…so i look on youtube, expecting it to be like Versailles or QUINSTET.

and it’s one of these

 so, yeah. this confirms my hypothesis that when generic metalcore catches on in the visual kei scene it will sound BETTER, because visual kei bands have been doing overdramatic good cop/bad cop vocals FOREVER…and they’re better at it.

…well, except for DELUHI. DELUHI fucking suck. They’re the Japanese trivium.

 . .oh, but back to this video… .I look in the comments on the video, and I look at the last.fm page and people are talking like THEY JUST DECIDED TO GO VISUAL KEI RECENTLY.
